Preferred Customer AutoRenewal
Any active Preferred Customer in good standing with AdvoCare is eligible for the Auto Renewal program.
After logging into your Preferred Customer Website, go to My Profile, then My Membership. Click the Enroll Autorenewal button and the Preferred Customer Agreement will be displayed. Read and scroll to the bottom. If you wish to print the agreement, click Print, then click I Agree to confirm the agreement. Next, enter the credit card information (card number and expiration date) for the card to be automatically billed, and then click Enroll.
After logging into your Preferred Customer website, go to My Profile, then Payment Methods and the current payment information will be displayed.
To update, edit, select or add a new card, select the appropriate prompt.
The credit card on file will be charged on the first of the month of your renewal date. For example, if your renewal date is May 18, then your card will be charged on May 1.
A message will be sent to your e-mail address on file on the first day of the previous month before your card is charged. For example, if your card will be charged on May 1, a reminder message will be sent to your e-mail address on April 1.
